Our Story
Growing up in the Western part of Africa, specifically in Ghana, I admired the way men and women adorned themselves with native beaded accessories during special occasions like weddings and baby dedications. These exquisite accessories encompass a wide range of items, such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and waist beads.
I often enhanced my outfits with beaded accessories due to their stunning appearance and the deep connection they fostered with my Ghanaian heritage as a woman. As I transitioned into young adulthood, my curiosity about the craftsmanship behind these beaded accessories grew.
This curiosity led me to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. I crafted my very first necklace, and to my pleasant surprise, the images I shared with friends garnered positive feedback. From that point onward, I embarked on an unwavering path of improvement in my beading skills. I’m consistently amazed by the exquisite designs my skillful hands bring to life, which inspired the name, “Nsapa” (which means good hands in my local dialect). At Nsapa Collections, we derive immense joy from weaving a distinctive narrative into each piece we create. Our ultimate objective is to awaken the sense of royalty within you.

All of our creations are crafted using meticulously chosen genuine beads, spanning from natural stones to glass beads, and even incorporating recycled local beads. Each piece is adorned with sturdy locks and undergoes thorough inspection to guarantee the robustness of every finished product.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:
• US Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on the destination. Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. (Contact customer service at nsapausa22@gmail before completing your purchase). Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order's progress through our website or the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
